BHSAI

The Biotechnology High Performance Computing Software Application Institute (BHSAI) develops HPC software applications to support the DoD biotechnology community, including research for the Army, the Navy and the Air Force. The Institute has a multidisciplinary staff with backgrounds from industry, government, and academics with experiences in bioinformatics, physical chemistry, physics and mathematics, biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular and cellular biology, and biomedical engineering. The BHSAI is co-located with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command's Bioinformatics Cell, located at Fort Detrick, Maryland.
